Cara Mengatasi Microsoft Excel Yang Tidak Bisa Terbuka Dan Muncul Tulisan " word couldn’t start last time. safe mode could help you troubleshoot the problem"

  1. Buka CMD ( Win + R  ) dan ketikan Run " regedit "
  2. Masuk ke folder yang bernama HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Common
  3. Buat folder baru dengan nama " Graphics "
  4. Klick kanan folder " Graphics " kemudian pilih " New " > dan pilih " QWORD (64 bit) value " sesuaikan dengan komputer, jika 32 bit maka pilih yang " DWORD (64 bit) value "
  5. Kemudian Folder tadi " QWORD (64 bit) value " di rename menjadi " DisableHardwareAcceleration. "
